The Kentucky Concrete Pavement Association is devoted to education, training and research on the latest innovations, trends and pavement designs for highways, streets and airport runways. The Association will build, statewide, public/private partnerships with Airports, Municipalities, Universities and Counties, to optimize the infrastructure INVESTMENT in Kentucky.
